Having Problems
Cannot log in.
I Did not receive my e-Learning Username and Password registration email.
Check your email Junk Inbox; sometimes emails are sent there if your email software (Outlook, Outlook Express) has too high a security setting.
You may have entered the incorrect email address. If this is the case contact the Help Desk with your correct email address and we will resend your Password.
If you have checked your Junk email and the email has still not been received, please contact the Help Desk.
I click on the Student Login Button and nothing happens.
Check to see if Popup Blockers are stopping it - you will need to set your Popup Blocker no higher than Medium.

There is also a Popup Blocker override key when you click the link to open the new window. Most Popup Blockers use either Ctrl or Shift as an override key. By holding down the Ctrl key when you click the Student Login Button you should be able to override your Popup Blocker.
Check to see if you have JavaScript enabled. For instructions on how to enable JavaScript Click Here.
I enter my username and password correctly into the system however its says - Access Denied You have entered an incorrect username and/or password. Please go back and try again.
Check to see if you have "Caps Lock On" when entering your password - Passwords are Case sensitive.
If this is not your first time logging in you may have changed your password - click on the 'Forgotten Password' link on the Login Page to have your password re-sent to you.
Cannot See Pictures
I cannot see the Student Login button in Internet Explorer. I see a white box with a Red Cross in it.
You may have "pictures" and/or "alt tags" turned off . Click here for instructions on how to turn pictures ON and expand alt tags in Internet Explorer
Text Size Issues
My text size is too large / too small.
Click here for instructions on how to change your text size in Internet Explorer. OR hold down the Ctrl key and scroll your mouse up or down using the wheel. This will increase or decrease the size of your text.
Cannot Study
I have logged in and reached the Welcome, page but when I click on the Progress icon I receive a session timeout message.

Assessment Lock-Out
I have been Locked-out of an Assessment - what should I do?
This is because you have exceeded the number of allowable attempts for the assessment. Your assessor has been advised by email and will either Unlock the assessment or contact you directly.
Cannot see videos / Cannot hear audio
Test Your Multimedia Settings

The page tells me to watch the following video but I can not see the player.
You may not have Windows Media player installed on your computer - Click Here to download it.
I can See Windows Media Player but cannot play any of the videos.
You may need to download the current Windows Media Player Codec Pack. You can obtain these by Clicking Here.
I have set my Connection type to Broadband but I am using Narrowband or visa versa - Can I change my Connection type whilst studying?
Yes, all you need to do is go back to the 'Student Home Page' and under the heading 'Connection Type' click the setting you prefer.
Macromedia Flash
The page tells me to watch the following Flash Animation however I can't see it.

Cannot see my Certificate
I have clicked on the Print Certificate link and it is asking me to "Save the file"?
You may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can do this by Clicking Here.
I have finished the Course / Unit however I haven't viewed my Certificate?
To view your Certificate click on 'My Studies' in the Drop Down Menu select either Courses or Units. There will be a completed Course or Unit with a Certificate link. Click on the link (View) to Print your Certificate.
Finished Course / Unit
I have finished my Course/ Unit and have returned to My Home Page however the Course / Unit I have just finished is no longer listed.
Finished Courses and Units are located in the drop down menu under 'My Studies.'
Graded Exam
I have finished my Exam and have returned to My Home Page. How do I view my results once it has been graded.
